Centrifugal (radial) high-pressure fan of the VVD (VR 154-21) #8 w/motor AIR 132 S4 7.5 kW 1500 rpm series, made of carbon steel. This fan is designed for moving air and other gas mixtures and can operate both for air suction and blowing in a temperature range from -16 to +40°C. The dust content in the medium should not exceed 150 mg/m3. High-pressure fans of the VVD (VR 154-21) #8 w/motor AIR 132 S4 7.5 kW 1500 rpm series are intended for operation in moderate climate regions (U).

Air movement is achieved by transferring the rotational energy of the fan's impeller. The general design consists of an impeller mounted on the drive shaft (the shaft of the electric motor or the shaft of the intermediate transmission support), which is installed in the housing; the housing is mounted on a frame base; the entire structure is welded; at the fan outlet there is a collector with a flange.

Impeller of the fan VVD (VR 154-21) # 8:

The impeller is of turbine type and has 12 blades. The blades are welded to the front and rear discs. The rear disc is attached to the hub by press fitting. The discs and blades are made of sheet steel, the hub is made of gray cast iron. The purpose of the impeller is to create a vacuum in the suction zone and overpressure in the discharge zone. The impeller can rotate both right and left.

Spiral housing of the high-pressure fan VVD (VR 154-21) #8 w/motor AIR 132 S4 7.5 kW 1500 rpm:

The spiral housing is welded from sheet and rolled steel. The spiral housing can be right- or left-handed. The surfaces of the impeller and spiral housing that contact the medium form the flow cavity. The housing is intended to form the suction and discharge flows.

Electric motor AIR 132 S4 – general industrial asynchronous three-phase electric motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, designed to operate from an AC mains with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 220/380 V. The nominal speed of the electric motor Electric motor AIR 132 S4 is 1500 revolutions per minute. Frame size (shaft height): 132 mm; shaft diameter: 38 mm; power in kW: 7.5; climate version: UZ; IP rating: 54. On request, the Electric motor AIR 132 S4 motor 7.5 Power kW can be manufactured with a housing made of silumin alloy.
