Design and Installation Features of the Medium Pressure Axial Fan VO 10-360 # 3,55:
Fans for poultry houses VO 10-360 # 3,55 with electric motor Electric motor AIR 56 B4 0.18 Power kW 1500 Vol./Min consist of the following main assemblies:
- Casing with support plate;
- Impeller;
- Aerodynamic valve;
- Protective guard;
- Bracket for mounting the motor;
- Electric motor AIR 56 B4
The poultry house fan VO-10-360 is installed in the walls, window openings of buildings, on building structures, and directly into the ventilation network. When installing in a ventilation system, the axial fan is mounted on brackets fixed to the building structures. Air ducts are connected to the fan flanges via flexible joints. The fan is installed on vibration isolators.
To prevent outside air from entering and drafts from forming in the room (when not in operation), the fan has an aerodynamic valve (louvers) which are mounted in the casing.
A design feature of this fan is that all louvers are connected by a single axis. This eliminates the "slamming" effect during fan operation. In working condition, the louver blades open under the action of the moving air stream. During operation, the fan removes air from the room and exhausts it outside.
