Description of VN-2m modernized

The VN-2 fan (modernized) is used for ventilating residential and office spaces.
The VN-2m fans are designed to cool CNC machine control systems and to reduce the temperature in control devices and units. Thanks to rolling bearings, it operates reliably and quietly without causing interference. The VN-2m fan housing is made of aluminum alloy, and the blades are made of plastic.

Power is supplied from a single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz AC network.

Applications of VN-2m modernized

On the Ukrainian market, the VN-2m fan is widely used both for electronic equipment and for industrial devices. In addition, this unit is used for:

• Ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Cooling welding equipment.
• Electrical panels of high and low conductivity, control units, and instrument manufacturing.
• It is also widely used in household settings.

Protection rating IP44

Rolling bearings are used in the design, ensuring reliable operation, silence, and longevity. The use of aluminum alloy provides the fan with lightness despite its compact size and high strength. It does not generate radio interference, thus not affecting the operation of TV and radio equipment. It complies with all national standards and certifications in Ukraine.

Operating Conditions for VN-2m

• Installation of the fan in the intended equipment is allowed in any orientation;
• Impeller rotation direction—counterclockwise;
• To meet aerodynamic performance and noise level requirements, the fan must be installed at least 30 mm away from structural elements that create airflow resistance, on noise-absorbing mounts;
• It is strictly FORBIDDEN to subject the fan to mechanical shocks during inspection, inter-shop transportation, or installation in products;
• Commissioning and measurements should be carried out after unpacking the fan and allowing it to rest for at least 6 hours at a temperature of 20 °C ± 10 °C and humidity between 45 % and 80 %;
• Before switching on, the fan must be grounded by connecting the terminal with a copper conductor of at least 1 mm² cross-section to the grounding bus.
