Description

Application of VME-6 Fan

The local ventilation fan type VME-6 is an axial single-stage fan equipped with an explosion-proof removable electric motor with an explosion protection level of PB ExdI (PB 3V).

It is designed for ventilating dead-end mine workings in coal and ore mines, including those hazardous due to gas and dust, with air density up to 1.3 kg/m³, temperatures from 268 to 308 K, dust concentration up to 50 mg/m³, and relative humidity up to 95% (at a temperature of 298 K).

During operation, the fan is installed in a horizontal position with an allowable deviation of the fan axis from the horizontal not exceeding ±30°.

Upon customer request, the fans can be supplied for voltages of 380 V or 660 V.
