Description

VDV-ADSh E4-0500 Fans
The centrifugal fans VDV-ADSh E4-0500 are reliable and high-performance equipment designed for moving air and non-aggressive gas mixtures at temperatures up to +80 ℃. Thanks to their well-thought-out design, they provide stable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance.

Application
These fans are used in industrial and production ventilation systems. They are suitable for operation in moderate climates at ambient temperatures from -40 ℃ to +40 ℃ (for tropical versions – up to +45 ℃).

Design Features

  • Spiral casing – non-detachable, fixed to the frame with bolts. Allows installation in any position according to standards.
  • Impeller – double-sided suction, consisting of one main and two cover disks, 38 profiled blades, and a hub.
  • Through shaft – mounted on two housing bearings placed outside the casing. Allows connection of pulleys or half-couplings from either side as required by the customer.
  • Frame – welded, equipped with holes for mounting on a foundation or vibration isolators.
  • Collector – conical in shape, fixed to the inlet nozzle, ensuring uniform air supply to the impeller.
