This fan is designed to convey explosion‑proof, non‑abrasive dust‑gas‑air mixtures at air temperatures up to 80 °C, with aggressiveness toward standard carbon steel no greater than that of clean air, and free of sticky or fibrous materials. Solid particle content up to 1000000 mg/m³ (1 kg/m³).

The spiral housing is a single‑piece construction.

A cylindrical inlet flange is attached to the front wall; the outlet flange is welded to the housing. The gap between flange and impeller is adjustable.

The welded impeller has 6 radial, backward‑curved blades, a hub, and two spider arms.

The Electric motor AIR 160 S4 motor is an industrial three‑phase squirrel‑cage induction motor rated for 50 Hz at 220/380 V. Nominal speed: 1500 RPM. Frame height: 160 mm; shaft diameter: 48 mm; power: 15.0 kW; climatic version: UZ; IP rating: 54. Frames from 1.5 kW and up are cast in gray iron; on request, aluminum‑alloy housings are available.

Drive by belt transmission; pulleys and belts are enclosed.

Fan and motor are mounted on a common welded frame of channels and angles with foundation bolt holes.

Impeller and pulleys are keyed; axial displacement prevented by end‑thrust washers and bolts.

The dust‑gas‑air mixture enters through the inlet flange, is captured by the impeller, and is discharged through the spiral housing to the outlet flange.
