Description

Centrifugal dust fan of series VCP 6-46 #2,5 (VCP 115-52), manufactured according to execution scheme No 1, impeller mounted directly on the electric motor shaft, made of carbon steel and Electric motor AIR 63 B2 0.55 kW 3000 rpm.

This fan is designed for conveying explosion-proof, non-abrasive dust-gas-air mixtures with a temperature not exceeding 80 °C, whose aggressiveness towards ordinary-grade carbon steel does not exceed that of air. The mixtures must not contain sticky substances or fibrous materials. The content of solid particles in the conveyed medium is up to 100000 mg/m3 (1 kg/m3). The fan VCP 6-46 #2,5 (VCP 115-52) is used for removing chips and metallic dust from machines for sanitary-technical and production purposes in stationary conditions.

The spiral housing is a one-piece welded structure. A cylindrical inlet nozzle with a flange is attached to the front wall. The outlet nozzle is welded to the housing. The gap between the inlet and the impeller is adjustable.

Electric motor AIR 63 B2 motor is a general-purpose asynchronous three-phase motor with a squirrel-cage rotor, designed to operate from an AC power supply with a frequency of 50 Hz and voltage of 220/380 V. The nominal speed of Electric motor AIR 63 B2 is 3000 rpm. Shaft height: 63 mm; shaft diameter: 14 mm; power: 0.55 kW; climate version: UZ; IP rating: 54.
