Centrifugal (radial) dust fan series VCP 6-45 #6,3  (VCP 109‑47)  with Electric motor AIR 112 MV6 4.0 kW 1000 rpm, built to arrangement No. 5 with belt drive, made of carbon steel.

This fan is designed for conveying non‑abrasive, explosion‑safe dust–gas–air mixtures with air temperature not exceeding 80 °C, with aggressiveness toward standard‑quality carbon steel not exceeding that of air, and containing no sticky or fibrous materials. The concentration of solid particles in the conveyed medium is up to 300000 mg/m3 (1 kg/m3). The dust fan VCP 6-45 #6,3 (VCP 109‑47) is intended for removing chips and metal dust from machines in sanitary‑technical and production applications under stationary conditions.

The spiral housing is a non‑split structure. A cylindrical inlet flange is attached to the front wall. The outlet branch is welded to the housing. The clearance between inlet and impeller is adjustable.

Impeller VCP 6-45 #6,3 (VCP 109‑47)

The impeller is welded and consists of eight radial straight blades, a hub, and two sprockets.

Electric motor AIR 112 MV6 4.0 Power kW 1000 Vol./Min

Electric motor AIR 112 MV6 motor is a general‑purpose, three‑phase, squirrel‑cage induction motor designed for operation on an AC network at 50 Hz and 220/380 V. The rated speed is 1000 rpm. Frame height (shaft center): 112 mm; shaft diameter: 32 mm; power: 4.0 kW; climatic version: UZ; IP rating: 54. Motors from 1.5 kW use a grey‑iron housing for enhanced reliability. On request, the Electric motor AIR 112 MV6 motor can be supplied with a silumin‑alloy housing.

Fans VCP 6-45 #6,3 (VCP 109‑47) are available in both right‑ and left‑hand rotation. Rotation direction is viewed from the inlet: clockwise – right; counterclockwise – left. The fan operates by transferring rotational energy from the motor through the shaft to the impeller, causing the air mixture drawn between the blades to move outward by centrifugal force into the outlet section of the housing.
