The discs and blades are made of sheet steel, and the hub is made of gray cast iron. The impeller is designed to create a vacuum in the suction area and overpressure in the discharge area. The impeller can be right or left rotating.

The spiral housing is welded from sheet and shaped steel. It can be of left or right rotation. The surfaces of the impeller and the spiral housing that come into contact with the transported medium form the flow cavity. The purpose of the housing is to form the suction and discharge flows.

The rated speed of the Electric motor AIR 160 M6 motor is 1000 rpm. Frame size (shaft height): 160 mm; shaft diameter: 48 mm; power in kW: 15.0; climate version: UZ; IP rating: 54. The housing of AIR motors with a power of 1.5 kW or more is cast from gray cast iron for reliability. Upon request, the Electric motor AIR 160 M6 motor can be supplied with a housing made of silumin alloy.
