This fan is designed for moving air and other gas mixtures whose aggressiveness towards standard carbon steel does not exceed that of air, with a temperature up to +80°C, and which do not contain sticky substances, fibrous materials, or dust and other solid impurities in excess of 100 mg/m³.

The impeller is of turbine type and has 16 blades. The blades are welded to the front and rear discs. The rear disc is attached to the hub by casting. The discs and blades are made of sheet steel, and the hub is made of gray cast iron. The impeller is designed to create a vacuum in the suction area and overpressure in the discharge area. The impeller can be right or left rotating.

The spiral housing is welded from sheet and shaped steel. It can be of left or right rotation. The surfaces of the impeller and the spiral housing that come into contact with the transported medium form the flow cavity. The purpose of the housing is to form the suction and discharge flows.

The rated speed of the Electric motor AIR 180 M4 motor is 1500 rpm. Frame size (shaft height): 180 mm; shaft diameter: 55 mm; power in kW: 30.0; climate version: UZ; IP rating: 54. The housing of AIR motors with a power of 1.5 kW or more is cast from gray cast iron for reliability. Upon request, the Electric motor AIR 180 M4 motor can be supplied with a housing made of silumin alloy.
