Low-pressure corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan of the VC 4-75 NZh #5 w/motor AIR 80 A6 0.75 kW 1000 rpm series (VR 88-72.1-5.5, VR 80-75-5), made of AISI 403 stainless steel for aggressive environments.
This fan is designed for ventilation or air conditioning systems and other gas mixtures contaminated with aggressive gases and vapors, in which the resistance of stainless steel is higher than the resistance of ordinary quality steel, do not contain fibrous materials, sticky substances, dust, and other solid impurities not more than 100 mg/m3 under moderate (U) climate conditions (placement category 3) and tropical (T) climate (placement category 2).

Operating principle of the centrifugal fan VC 4-75 NZh #5 w/motor AIR 80 A6 0.75 kW 1000 rpm (VR 88-72.1-5.5, VR 80-75-5):
Air, by transferring energy from the blades of the impeller, enters the fan under the influence of centrifugal force at a 90-degree angle and moves in a radial direction to the snail of the spiral casing. In the snail, moving along the spiral-shaped housing, the air under pressure is directed through the fan outlet.

The impeller consists of front and rear discs, 12 sheet blades, and a hub. The frame of the fan is welded. The base has a hole for installation on vibration isolators or a foundation. The electric motor and cover are mounted on the frame. The conical collector for supplying air to the impeller is fixed to the inlet pipe. The overlap between the collector and the front disc of the impeller is adjusted by axial movement of the collector in the inlet pipe.
