Series VC 4-75 NZH #3,15 low-pressure centrifugal fan (VR 88-72.1-5.5, VR 80-75-5) with corrosion-resistant electric motor Electric motor AIR 71 A4 0.55 Power kW 1500 Vol./Min, made of AISI 403 stainless steel for aggressive environments.
This fan is designed for ventilation or air-conditioning systems and other gas mixtures contaminated with aggressive gases and vapors—where the corrosion resistance of stainless steel exceeds that of ordinary carbon steel—and which contain no fibrous materials, sticky substances, dust, or other solid impurities in quantities above 100 mg/m³ under moderate (U) climate (3rd placement category) and tropical (T) climate (2nd placement category) conditions in accordance with DSTU 15150.

Purpose: The VC 4-75 NZh #3.15 w/motor AIR 71 A4 0.55 kW 1500 rpm stainless-steel centrifugal fan is intended for moving air and other gas mixtures contaminated with aggressive gases and vapors—where stainless steel’s resistance exceeds that of ordinary steel—and which contain no sticky substances, fibrous materials, dust, or other solid impurities in quantities above 100 mg/m³.

Operating conditions: Operates under moderate climate conditions at ambient temperatures from −40 °C to +40 °C. The temperature of the conveyed medium must not exceed 80 °C.
Principle of operation: Air, by energy imparted by the impeller blades, enters the fan under centrifugal force at a 90° angle and is directed radially into the spiral casing; within the casing, the pressurized air follows a spiral path and is discharged through the outlet.
