Intended Application:

This fan is designed for ventilation or air-conditioning systems and other gas mixtures whose corrosiveness to carbon steel does not exceed that of air at temperatures up to 80 °C, and which contain no fibrous materials, sticky substances, dust or other solid impurities in excess of 100 mg/m³ under moderate (U) climate (placement category 3) and tropical (T) climate (placement category 2) conditions in accordance with DSTU 15150.

Purpose:

The VC 4-75 #16 w/motor AIR 280 S6 75 kW 1000 rpm centrifugal fan is intended for moving air and other gas mixtures whose aggressiveness to carbon steel does not exceed that of air and which contain no sticky substances, fibrous materials, dust or other solid impurities in excess of 100 mg/m³.

Operating Conditions:

Operates in moderate climate conditions at ambient temperatures from −40 °C to +40 °C. The temperature of the conveyed medium must not exceed 80 °C.

Principle of Operation:

Air, by the energy imparted by the impeller blades, enters the fan under centrifugal force at a 90° angle and is directed radially into the scroll-shaped casing; within the casing, the pressurized air follows a spiral path and is discharged through the outlet.
