Centrifugal low‑pressure fan of series VC 4-70 VZ (vzryvozaschischennyj) #2,5
With electric motor Electric motor 4VR 71 A20.75 Power kW 3000 Vol./Min
Fan duty point: 1400 m³/h at 620 Pa
Series VC 4-70 VZ (vzryvozaschischennyj) #2,5 low-pressure centrifugal fan (VR 88‑72.1‑5.5, VR 80‑75‑5) with electric motor Electric motor 4VR 71 A2 0.75 Power kW 3000 Vol./Min, made of carbon steel for industrial use.
Intended Application:
This fan is designed for air ventilation and air-conditioning systems handling air and other gas mixtures with aggressiveness no greater than that of air at temperatures up to 80 °C towards carbon steel, and free of fibrous materials, sticky substances, dust, and other solid impurities not exceeding 100 mg/m³, under moderate (U) climate (placement category 3) and tropical (T) climate (placement category 2) conditions in accordance with DSTU 15150.
Component Breakdown (each sold separately):
General Characteristics of Series VC 4-70 VZ #2.5 w/motor 4VR 71 A2 0.75 kW 3000 rpm Fans:
Applications:
Operating Conditions:
Series VC 4-70 VZ #2.5 w/motor 4VR 71 A2 0.75 kW 3000 rpm centrifugal fans operate under moderate climate conditions at ambient temperatures from −40 °C to +40 °C. The conveyed medium temperature must not exceed 80 °C.
Principle of Operation:
Air, receiving kinetic energy from the impeller blades, enters the fan under centrifugal force at 90° and is directed radially into the spiral scroll casing, where it follows a helical path under pressure and is discharged through the outlet.
Delivery Set:
Housing Orientation for Right (PR) and Left (LIV) Rotation (view from suction side):
1st category: outdoor operation (exposed to all climatic factors);
2nd category: under canopy or in semi-open volumes with similar conditions to outdoors;
3rd category: enclosed volumes with natural ventilation;
4th category: artificially regulated climate spaces (conditioned or ventilated);
5th category: high-humidity spaces (mines, basements, ship holds, etc.).
D/Dn – the diameter ratio fan impeller to the nominal diameter of the impeller. The impellers, which diameters differ from the nominal one, are called co-efficient impellers. The ratio of the diameter of the fan impeller to the nominal diameter of the impeller could be: 0.9, 0.95, 1.05, 1.1.
