RP-100 regenerative cartridge is designed to absorb carbon dioxide in bomb shelters and other protective facilities at temperatures from 18°C to 35°C and relative humidity from 30% to 95%. The device is single-use.
The cartridge is activated when CO₂ concentration reaches 2%. When the level rises to 2.5–3%, it indicates the cartridge is fully spent and must be replaced.
Its design features a metal body with a lid and bottom. Inside is a perforated cylinder with a central tube, filled with the KP-I chemical absorbent. The cartridge has three 100 mm openings: one side inlet and two end outlets, all sealed with caps and gaskets.
RP-100 cartridges can be installed in blocks of one, two, or three units, providing airflow capacities of 100, 200, or 300 m³/h, respectively. Airflow control and adjustment are performed using ventilation, support, and measuring devices. Installation is possible either upstream or downstream of the main equipment in the airflow path.
