Protective Grille Housing KZR-Z (for UZS sections)

Purpose. The KZR-Z housing is designed for installation of a unified protective section (UZS) in ventilation ducts. The unit ensures airtight connection, reliable fixation of the protective element, and easy access for maintenance.

Design features:

  • Universal installation: suitable for integration into both vertical and horizontal duct sections.
  • Airtightness: the removable cover fits tightly to the housing base, preventing air leakage or blast wave penetration bypassing the section.
  • Secure fixation: internal guides firmly hold the UZS section, preventing displacement under load.
  • Ease of operation: the design allows quick installation or replacement of the protective section without dismantling the entire assembly.

Technical specifications:

  • Housing material: carbon steel.
  • Protective coating: powder coating (RAL 6003, olive).
  • Climatic version: U2 (according to GOST 15150).
  • Operating temperature range: from –20°C to +40°C.

Installation note: For correct installation and replacement of the UZS section, sufficient free space must be provided on the service side (cover side).
