Inertial dust collector bag

Inertial fabric dust collector IRP-1,5m (PA 212) with electric motor Electric motor AIR 80 A2 1.5 Power kW 3000 Vol./Min is designed for capturing dry dust extracted from the enclosures of abrasive wheels of sharpening, deburring, and grinding machines.
This model is an analogue of dust collection units PA 212, PA 218, and PA 218B.
Design of IRP-1,5m (PA 212)
The dust collector consists of upper and lower housings containing a sleeve block with a shaking mechanism, deflectors, and a dust tray with a cover.
The lower housing is equipped with an inlet nozzle for connection to ducts that remove dust-laden air from dust-generating points. A fan is mounted on top of the housing.
The inertial fabric dust collector IRP is manufactured and supplied in accordance with TU U 29.2-24472991-003-20001.
Operating principle of the dust collector IRP-1,5m (PA 212)
The unit performs two-stage cleaning of extracted air. The first stage is a dry cyclone; the second stage is a fourteen-sleeve fabric filter.
When the fan impeller rotates, a vacuum is created in the lower housing, and polluted air enters through the nozzle connected to the local exhaust hood into the gap between this housing and the ring. Due to centrifugal forces, large dust particles move toward the periphery of the housing and further through deflectors into the tray. Fine dust particles enter the sleeve block from the inside. As the air passes through the sleeve fabric, it is finally cleaned from fine dust and then discharged through the fan back into the serviced room. Regeneration of the sleeve block is carried out by moving the handle, which activates the shaking mechanism to clean the sleeve fabric from accumulated dust, which is also removed into the tray. The dust collector operates in a recirculation mode. The cleaned air returns to the serviced area.
