Description

Purpose of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters GD-26x2-I

Single-inlet centrifugal hot blast smoke exhausters GD-26x2-I are designed for recirculating flue gases from boilers operating on solid and gas-oil fuels with varying steam capacity. The use of smoke exhausters GD-26x2-I is allowed for extracting hot and dusty flue gases from furnaces of technological lines for the production of iron ore pellets in the ferrous metallurgy industry (sintering plants), with gas dust content up to 0,15 g/nm3 and dust particle size not exceeding 0.5 μm.

Operating Conditions of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters GD-26x2-I:

The smoke exhauster is designed for continuous operation indoors and outdoors in moderate and tropical climates (climate version U or T, placement category 1, DSTU 15150-69). Start-up is allowed when the temperature in the spiral casing is not lower than -30 °C. The maximum allowable temperature at the inlet should not exceed 400 °C. Operation is allowed at a rotational speed of 1000 rpm.
