Purpose of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters GD-26x2

Single-inlet centrifugal hot blast smoke exhausters GD-26x2 are designed for recirculating flue gases from boilers operating on solid and gas-oil fuels with different steam capacities. These exhausters may also be used to extract hot and dusty flue gases from furnaces of processing lines for iron ore pellet production in the ferrous metallurgy industry (sintering plants) when gas dust content is up to 0,15 g/nm³ and dust particle size does not exceed 0.5 μ.

Operating Conditions of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters GD-26x2:

The smoke exhauster is designed for continuous operation indoors and outdoors in temperate and tropical climates (climatic design U or T, placement category 1, according to DSTU 15150-69). Startup of the exhauster is allowed at a scroll temperature not lower than -30 °C. The maximum allowable temperature at the inlet should not exceed 400 °C. Operation is permitted at a rotation speed of 1000 rpm.
