Description

Filter Box FB – is a pre-filter for air purification, designed to protect and clean air from dust in duct systems, heat exchangers, and fans in shelters/bomb shelters. It minimizes contamination of walls and ceilings near air distribution devices and can be used as the first stage of filtration before more efficient filters. To achieve the required cleanliness of incoming air, it is recommended to use two sequential replaceable dust filters: the first – coarse filtration, the second – with a filtration efficiency of at least 0.8. The filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with rubber gaskets for airtight connection to ducts. The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The filter element, made of non-woven synthetic fiber fabric, is fixed to a steel frame. There are two versions: FB – with a flat filter element (G4 class) and FBV – with a V-shaped element of increased area (G4 class). The design allows installation on round ducts using clamps in any position, considering the air flow direction (as indicated by the arrow on the housing). When installing, space must be left for filter maintenance (cleaning or replacement).
