Purpose of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters DRG-29kh2-I

Single-inlet centrifugal hot blast smoke exhausters DRG-29kh2-I are designed for the recirculation of flue gases from boilers operating on solid and gas-oil fuels with various steam capacities. The use of DRG-29kh2-I exhausters is also permitted for extracting hot and dust-laden flue gases from furnaces in technological lines for the production of iron ore pellets in the ferrous metallurgy industry (sintering plants), with gas dust content up to 2 g/nm³ and dust particle size not exceeding 0.5 μm.

Operating Conditions of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters DRG-29kh2-I

The smoke exhauster is designed for continuous operation indoors and outdoors in moderate and tropical climates (climate version U or T, placement category 1, DSTU 15150-69). Startup is allowed when the temperature inside the scroll is not lower than -30 °C. The maximum allowable inlet temperature must not exceed 400 °C. Operation is permitted at a rotation speed of 1000 rpm.
