Description

Purpose of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters DRG-13,5

Single-inlet centrifugal hot blast smoke exhausters DRG-13,5 are designed for the recirculation of flue gases from boilers operating on solid and gas-oil fuels with various steam capacities. Use of DRG-13,5 smoke exhausters is also allowed for extracting hot and dust-laden flue gases from furnaces in technological lines for the production of iron ore pellets in the ferrous metallurgy industry (sintering plants), with gas dust concentration up to 2 g/nm3 and dust particle size not exceeding 0.5 μm.

Operating Conditions of Hot Blast Smoke Exhausters DRG-13,5

The smoke exhauster is designed for continuous operation indoors and outdoors in moderate and tropical climates (climate version U or T, placement category 1, GOST 15150-69). Startup is allowed when the temperature inside the scroll is not lower than -30 °C. The maximum allowable temperature at the inlet of the smoke exhauster must not exceed 400 °C. Operation is permitted at a rotational speed of 1500 rpm.
