Description

Purpose of Cyclones VUDOS-9
Industrial dust collectors VUDOS-9 are designed to capture dry dust from abrasive grinding wheels, roughing, polishing, and other metalworking machines.

The VUDOS-9 units belong to a new generation of mobile in-shop dust collectors. Using industrial vacuum systems VUDOS-9 helps maintain dust levels in the workplace according to:

GOST 12.1.005-88 (General sanitary and hygienic requirements for workplace air);
DSTU 2893-94 (Centralized dust removal systems. General safety requirements);
DSTU 2807-94 (Woodworking and metalworking equipment noise standards).

The air purification efficiency is 99.6%.

Local use of cyclones allows you to:

reduce costs and commissioning time for new equipment;
save electricity by using a less powerful 1.5 kW electric motor;
eliminate heating costs in cold seasons by avoiding the intake of cold outside air.

Working principle of Cyclones VUDOS-9
Industrial dust collectors provide two-stage air cleaning:

First stage — dry cyclone.
Second stage — fabric filter.

As the fan wheel rotates, a vacuum is created, drawing contaminated air into the dust collector. The air then enters the cyclone, where centrifugal forces push larger dust particles to the walls of the housing, and they are collected in a removable hopper.

Afterward, the air passes through a fabric filter, where it is finally purified and returned to the workspace.
