General information about cyclone UC-38-300
The cyclone UC-38-300 is used in ventilation, pneumatic transport, and aspiration systems. Its main purpose is to capture fine dust particles in industrial environments. Most often, the dust collector UC-38-300 is applied in the woodworking industry, agriculture, the food sector, as well as in shelling and grinding departments of flour and cereal mills. Thanks to its high efficiency, the cyclone provides reliable air purification even from the smallest dust fractions.

In group configuration, cyclones UC-38-300 achieve air purification efficiency of 99–99.5% for fine dust. When operating with flour dust, the efficiency of a single cyclone reaches 98–99%.

On the exhaust pipe of the cyclone UC-38-300, either a snail (expander) or a protective cap can be installed, depending on the fan arrangement. If the cyclone operates under pressure, a cap is used. If it operates under vacuum, a snail is installed.

Installation of cyclone UC-38-300
For installation, the cyclone requires a compatible fan (ideally a dust fan). It can be mounted either on suction (before the cyclone) or on pressure (after the cyclone). The most effective option is installing the fan on pressure, which reduces pressure losses and increases efficiency.
To further enhance performance, cyclones UC-38-300 can be combined into group installations, although in some cases a single cyclone is the optimal choice. The decision depends on the operating conditions.
Each cyclone is equipped with a hopper for dust collection. The hopper size is determined by the customer and calculated based on the system’s filtration volume and the desired cleaning frequency.

The air-cleaning cyclone UC-38-300 is manufactured from black steel. Before shipment, the equipment is fully painted and wrapped in protective film. All technical calculations are carried out prior to production to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.
