Purpose of cyclones UC-1300
Dust-collecting cyclones UC-1300 are designed for effective cleaning of technological emissions from woodworking enterprises from non-sticky and non-fibrous dust, as well as from mixtures of dust with dry sawdust and shavings. The use of this equipment significantly reduces dust levels in work areas and improves the environmental safety of production.

Modifications of cyclones UC-1300
Cyclones of the UC type are available in several sizes and have four main modifications, differing in the ratio of the exhaust pipe diameter to the body diameter. With an increase in the modification number, key technical parameters of the unit change: the air cleaning coefficient and the level of aerodynamic resistance. This makes it possible to select the optimal model for different operating conditions.

Execution and configuration of cyclones UC-1300
Cyclones UC-1300 are manufactured in right-hand and left-hand versions. In right-hand models, the air-material flow rotates clockwise; in left-hand models, counterclockwise. This design feature allows rational placement of equipment in production, as well as combining them in paired installation.

Depending on the fan location, cyclones can be equipped with:

• ventilation hoods – when mounted on the discharge side of the fan;
• "snails" – when installed on the suction side.

Dust removal from the hopper can be either periodic or continuous. In this case, the dust level must remain at least 400 mm below the top cover of the hopper, ensuring safe and stable operation.

The production of cyclones is carried out in climatic version "UHL" in accordance with DSTU 15150-96 requirements. The equipment can be used in aspiration systems of production categories B, V, G, and D in terms of explosion and fire safety indicators.

Air cleaning efficiency:

• 96–99% – in the absence of sanding dust in the air;
• 91–99% – during operation under standard production conditions.

Installation and use of UC-1300
Cyclones UC-1300 are mounted on special pedestals, the height of which must ensure convenient unloading of dust into a cart or forklift. The equipment can be installed both indoors and outdoors. For ease of operation and in accordance with safety requirements, supply pipelines and the cyclones themselves must have identification coloring.
