General information about cyclone SK-CN-34-3000
Cyclones SK-CN-34-3000 are used mainly in ventilation systems. They are applied in Ukraine and CIS countries to clean air from fine dust, soot and other solid particles. They are especially effective for soot, so they are often installed in boiler equipment.

These cyclones are produced in different sizes and configurations, making them universal for industrial and boiler applications. They are efficient in removing fine and volatile dust from flue gases.

When installed on large boilers it is recommended to use battery units for higher cleaning efficiency. Additionally, carbon filters can be applied to remove even odors. For high-abrasive conditions, SK-CN-34 cyclones are made of thicker metal (3 mm).

Working principle: cleaning is carried out by centrifugal force created by the air swirling inside. Particles are thrown to the walls and collected in the hopper.

Installation of cyclone SK-CN-34-3000
Cyclone works together with a smoke exhauster. The fan supplies the gas mixture into the unit where soot is separated. Fans used: smoke exhausters (D, DN, VDN) and dust fans (VCP 5-45, VCP 6-45, VCP 6-46, VCP 7-40).

Design must take into account: exhaust pipe diameter, fan model, system length and parameters. Our specialists will help to select the optimal configuration.

Manufacturing of cyclone SK-CN-34-3000
Cyclone SK-CN-34 is made of black sheet steel. Other materials are available on request. Flanges are welded to the openings for easy installation. Adapters of any size from galvanized steel can be produced. Cyclones are available in right or left design.

Each cyclone is equipped with a dust hopper. Its volume, shape and thickness are selected according to conditions. The hopper size defines cleaning frequency (once per day, once per 10 days, etc). Before installation parameters should be confirmed with our specialists.
