Cyclones SDK-CN-33-2400 are designed for cleaning smoke from solid particles and medium-sized dust and are widely used in industrial facilities and industry. Most often, such units can be found in:

At the same time, there are unfavorable environments where SDK-CN-33-2400 is not recommended — this is dust that is highly sticky or has a fibrous structure. The standard model is designed for operating air temperature up to 400°C, for extreme conditions, versions are made of special materials.

Construction of cyclone SDK-CN-33-2400
The construction is distinguished by the absence of a cylindrical part of the housing, which makes the unit more efficient for cleaning smoke from soot of different fractions. There are right- and left-hand versions. Cyclones are made of corrosion-resistant steel with the possibility of individual material selection. Connection is carried out through flanges and adapters. For cases requiring 100% cleaning, additional carbon filters are used.

The lower part is equipped with a hopper for collecting dust and waste, which require periodic cleaning. The volume of the hopper is calculated taking into account the required service interval. Hermetic welding increases efficiency by 15%, preventing air leakage.

Air supply
The operation of the cyclone is ensured by a powerful smoke exhaust fan. When choosing, the aerodynamic resistance and fan characteristics are taken into account. If desired, production on a pedestal (legs) is possible.
