Purpose of OTI-1000 cyclones

OTI-1000 cyclones are used in pneumatic transport systems for mechanical separation of grain waste mixtures, including grain dust. They are widely and effectively used at various food and grain processing enterprises.

Important: these cyclones are not recommended for removing fibrous or sticky dust.

Advantages of OTI-1000 cyclones

OTI-1000 cyclones are characterized by high efficiency in cleaning air masses from grain dust and other types of grain waste.

  • Cleaning efficiency is 97–98%, depending on particle size and characteristics.
  • Resistant to fluctuations of inlet air flow velocity.
  • Optimal air flow velocity: 10–14 m/s.
  • Collector stability with air flow variations: ±35%.

These features make the cyclones a reliable solution for systems operating in variable mode.

Design and installation of OTI-1000 cyclones
