Purpose of Cyclones LTA-7
The cyclone LTA-7 is designed to clean the air from debris and dust generated during equipment operation. It efficiently handles both large particles (chips, shavings) and small moist waste (sawdust). Most commonly, such cyclones are used at sawmills, woodworking machines, and in technological processes where it is necessary to separate large chips.

In addition, the ventilation cyclone LTA-7 can also operate as a discharge cyclone, making it a versatile solution. Its air cleaning efficiency reaches 85–90%, providing a significantly cleaner and safer indoor environment.

Important to know: if dry shavings or sawdust are transported, which generate a large amount of fine dust, or if grinding dust is present, a single LTA cyclone will not be sufficient. In such cases, it is recommended to install an additional cleaning stage.

Installation of Cyclones LTA-7
Proper installation of the cyclone is the key to its efficient and long-lasting operation.

• Installation outside the premises (after the fan, on discharge).
  In this case, it is mandatory to install a protective cap. It prevents rain or snow from entering the system, keeping the equipment dry and reliable.
• Installation before the fan (on suction).
  It is recommended to use a so-called spiral expander. It reduces the load on the fan and minimizes the hydraulic resistance in the system, allowing the equipment to operate more smoothly and efficiently.
