Purpose of cyclones CR-425

The cyclone CR-425 is designed for pneumatic transport systems — the movement of bulk materials in various industries. It is widely used in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, trade, and transport for conveying grain, cement, wood, sand, plastics, and other materials. The main advantage of the cyclone is its low aerodynamic resistance — only 700–900 Pa, which allows the use of fans with lower-power electric motors and significantly reduces energy consumption.

The CR unloading cyclone can be assembled into battery units (2, 4, 6 or more cyclones in a group), which greatly increases air purification efficiency and system reliability.

Installation of cyclones CR-425

The cyclone CR-425 functions as a pneumatic transporter, moving large volumes of material during operation. It is best to install the fan after the cyclone — this design solution ensures longer service life and improves performance due to the swirling airflow. To further increase efficiency, a special air spinner can be mounted on the cyclone.

For pneumatic transport with the CR cyclone, the following fans are recommended: VCP 5-45, VCP 6-45, VCP 6-46, VCP 7-40, VC 14-46.

When designing a pneumatic transport system, the following parameters must be considered:
