Description

General Information about Cyclone CMS-27-600
Cyclone CMS-27-600 is designed for use in ventilation systems and is widely applied in the heat and power industry. Its main purpose is the cleaning of flue gases from solid dust particles. These units are most often installed in boiler houses, both at large industrial facilities and at smaller local plants.

The cyclone operates due to a natural draft system. The maximum permissible gas temperature passing through the unit is up to 400 °C. If there is a need to filter gas-air mixtures with higher temperatures, the cyclones are manufactured from special heat-resistant materials. In such cases, the conical and cylindrical inner surfaces must be lined with refractory material, while the exhaust pipe is made of heat-resistant steel.

Design of Cyclone CMS-27-600
Cyclones of this series can be manufactured with either left-hand or right-hand gas flow rotation. The design does not include an outlet chamber, which is typically used for retaining purified gas. The hopper has a cylindrical shape.

The equipment is produced only in a single version and provides a purification efficiency of 75–85%. In the standard configuration, cyclone CMS-27-600 is made of stainless steel, but upon request, it can be manufactured from other materials with different wall thicknesses.
