Description

Purpose of Cyclones CDO-2200
Cyclones CDO-2200 are used in pneumatic transport systems for cleaning the air mixture from wood waste – chips, bark, sawdust, and shavings. The main advantage of the equipment is its high performance with low resistance and compact dimensions.

Design of Cyclones CDO-2200
The cyclone design includes a tangential spiral part of the vortex generator, which ensures an efficient swirling flow. They are manufactured in both left and right versions:

  • Left – airflow rotation counterclockwise.
  • Right – airflow rotation clockwise.

In the standard configuration, cyclones are supplied with an umbrella, but production with a spiral casing is also possible.

Main Features of Cyclones CDO-2200
The primary purpose is air cleaning from wood waste in aspiration and pneumatic transport systems. The unit combines efficiency, low resistance, and compact size.

Installation Options:

  1. After the fan – operation under pressure.
  2. Before the fan – operation under suction, with the possibility of adding a spiral casing.

Material: carbon steel (stainless steel available upon request).
