Application of cyclones 4BTSH-325
Cyclones 4BTSH-325 are modernized dry inertial dust collectors, designed for coarse and medium purification of gas-air mixtures from dry dust without a high content of sticky or abrasive particles. They are used in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy sector, oil refining, chemical industry, and the production of building materials. Effective in processes such as drying, calcination, agglomeration, and fuel combustion.

Design of cyclones 4BTSH-325
Constructively, 4BTSH-325 cyclones are manufactured from carbon steel, but may also be produced from stainless steel or adapted for explosive environments. A key feature is the insert between the body and the dust hopper, which reduces vortex intensity and lowers secondary dust carry-over by 2–2.5 times. An additional air inflow reduces resistance by half and increases capacity by 1.5 times. Available in left- and right-hand rotation designs.

Technical features

  • Purification efficiency: 83–90%;
  • Cyclone resistance: 650–1200 Pa;
  • Maximum pressure: up to 4800 Pa;
  • Gas velocity in duct: 15–18 m/s (optimal — 15 m/s);
  • Body thickness increased to 3 mm, height reduced by 30%;
  • New sizes (8, 9, 10) added to expand the model range.

Dust hopper
The hopper is manufactured according to customer requirements and the desired cleaning frequency. It is hermetically welded to the body to prevent air leakage and efficiency losses. Regular dust discharge is required to maintain stable performance.

Installation of cyclone 4BTSH-325
Cyclones 4BTSH-325 are mounted on special supports (pedestals) and can be installed indoors or outdoors. Installation is allowed only on the suction side of the fan.

  • air volume to be cleaned;
