Filter-box

The FB filter box is a front air cleaning filter. Designed for protection and cleaning of air from dust in duct systems, heat exchangers, fans in shelters/bomb shelters. Minimizes contamination of walls and ceilings near air distribution devices. Can be used as the first stage of purification before more efficient filters. To ensure the necessary cleanliness of the incoming air, it is recommended to use two replaceable dust filters connected in series. The first one is rough cleaning, the second one is with a cleaning factor of at least 0.8. The filter box is equipped with connecting flanges with a rubber seal for a hermetic connection with air ducts. The hinged filter cover is equipped with lever locks for quick access to the replaceable filter element. The filter element made of non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers is fixed on a frame made of steel frame; – FB filter with a flat filter element (filtration class G4); – FBV filter with a V-shaped filter element with an increased filtration area (filtration class G4). The design of the filter allows you to fix it on round air ducts using clamps in any position. When assembling, take into account the direction of air movement (must correspond to the index on the filter). During installation, space must be left for service access to the filter (cleaning or replacement of the filter element).
