VZP-M class dust collector is a dust collector with counter-rotating swirling flows for cleaning the air from fine and medium-dispersed dust. VZP-M class dust collector is a modernized version of its predecessor. This class of dust collectors has a higher efficiency of separating fine dust.
VZP-M class dust collector is designed to capture dust with a fibrous structure that is medium/strongly cohesive in aspiration installations and pneumatic transport systems. It is effectively used in pneumatic transport and aspiration systems for cleaning gas-air environments from medium and fine dust, as well as for trapping dust particles in industry, the food industry and mining enterprises.
Example of the designation - «VZP-M-600», where:
This marking allows you to determine the air performance, the degree of dust purification and the possibility of using the unit in pneumatic transport systems and aspiration installations.
The design of the VZP-M class dust collector is supplemented with an upper spiral-type swirler. It is due to its presence, together with the conical shape of the body, that a higher degree of purification from fine dust is achieved in the VZP-M cyclone. VZP-M class dust collectors are made of thick metal sheets, carbon or stainless steel, which allows them to be successfully used in aspiration and pneumatic transport systems. To connect various elements to the holes, flanges are welded, and galvanized steel is used for adapters of different sizes.
For the simultaneous flow of air through two channels of the unit, only one VZP fan is required. Dust collectors of this class can be made in right- or left-hand version. The productivity of VZP-M models varies from 1000 to 17000 m³/h, the diameter of the cylindrical part is 300 ÷ 1300 mm, the optimal air speed is 3.5 m/s. The efficiency of air purification from fine dust reaches 98% - 99%. The VZP-M dust collector is coated with paint and packaged before delivery.
The VZP-M class dust collector purifies gas-air environments using the method of centrifugal separation of solid suspended inclusions. The air flow is based on two flows: the main flow is twisted from top to bottom along a given trajectory from above and directed to the walls of the cyclone, and an additional secondary flow rises from below, passes along the axis and is discharged through the central pipe.
Centrifugal force directs solid particles from the center to the walls, after which they are collected in the dust collector hopper. This design allows you to adjust the flow ratio, which increases the degree of fine dust capture even if the initial air parameters change. The air from the device is discharged through the central pipe, which ensures stable operation of the aspiration and pneumatic transport system.
VZP dust collectors have proven themselves well at enterprises of the mining industry, woodworking, food, chemical, light, textile industries and other industries. They effectively clean gas-air environments from medium and fine dust, shavings, fibrous materials and food industry dust.
VZP-M dust collectors perform dust filtration by using two air flows. The main flow is swirled from above, and the additional flow rises from below and passes along the axis of the cyclone. Thanks to this design, maximum capture of fine dust is achieved. The process can be adjusted by the flow ratio, which achieves optimal cleaning efficiency even with variable air parameters. Even if the initial air parameters change, the dust collector ensures stable operation of aspiration and pneumatic transport systems.
Adapters and flanges are used to connect various elements of the dust collector, which allows the device to be adapted to any channels and systems. For simultaneous air supply through two The unit only needs one VCP fan, which greatly simplifies maintenance and reduces energy consumption. This design improves air circulation and ensures uniform dust cleaning in all parts of the device.
This dust collector is used as an effective equipment for cleaning gas-air environments in various industrial areas. It can be used as a filter for fine dust, food industry dust, shavings and fibrous materials. Dust collectors have proven themselves well in pneumatic transport and aspiration systems, as well as in special orders made of thick metal for high loads.
Swirl the main flow and raise the secondary flow from below allows you to increase the degree of air purification. Dust particles are directed from the center to the walls of the cyclone by centrifugal force and collected in the dust collector hopper. This technology guarantees high efficiency of the equipment and provides stable filtration even in conditions of high concentrations of dust or fine particles.
VZP-M dust collectors are manufactured for work in climatic zones and in the design of UHL, in accordance with State Standard 15150-69. They are used in aspiration and pneumatic transport systems with fans of the VZP class of models 5-45, 6-45, 6-46, 7-40. To ensure optimal performance, the units can be combined into group installations of two or four dust collectors, with a common supply of flows to the swirler and hopper. VZP-M is coated with paint and packaged before delivery, which guarantees long-term operation and reliability in various industrial conditions.
