VC 4-70 Medium Pressure Centrifugal Fans made of aluminum alloys for explosive environments
This fan is designed for ventilation or air conditioning systems for explosive gas-vapor-air mixtures of the 1st and 2nd categories of groups T1, T2, T3 according to the "Electrical Installation Code" (EIC) classification, which do not cause accelerated corrosion of the materials of the fan's flow part.
The impeller consists of a front and rear disk, 12 sheet blades, and a hub. The fan frame is welded. The base has a hole for installation on vibration isolators or a foundation. The electric motor and casing are mounted on the frame. The conical collector for supplying air to the impeller is fixed on the inlet pipe. The gap between the collector and the front disk of the impeller is adjusted by axial movement of the collector in the inlet pipe.
