Sucker Dx2 is designed for removing smoke and gases produced in the furnace of powerful boilers. It is also used in air-aspiration systems containing ash that is carried along with the smoke. The hot air temperature must not exceed 200°C. The weight of these exhausters ranges from 9,350 kg up to 18,140 kg. Therefore, the price of Dx2 exhaust fans is negotiated and depends on the size of the smoke pump and its weight.
The electric motors for these exhaust fans are high-power, high-voltage types such as DAZO or AOD, with power ratings from 315 kW up to 1000 kW. The sucker for boilers can be operated indoors or outdoors in temperate climates. They are designed for continuous operation in any weather and can be supplied with either left- or right-hand rotation.
