COOL cyclones — are highly efficient centrifugal dust collectors designed to clean dusty air at enterprises of various scales. They are widely used in pneumatic networks, aspiration systems, elevators, as well as in the woodworking, food and agricultural industries. Due to the action of centrifugal force, COOL cyclones effectively separate solid dust particles from the air flow.
Air coming from aspiration systems enters the cyclone body, where it is thrown back to the cyclone walls by inertia and swirling flow, and the cleaned air is discharged through a pipe. Grain dust, sawdust and other impurities accumulate in the hopper, from where they are easily removed during operation.
The COL cyclone demonstrates high efficiency in purifying air from dry solid particles. Due to the design features, where the air flow is swirled at high speed, dust particles are thrown to the walls and collected in the storage hopper. This allows achieving air filtration of up to 95% in the standard version according to GST.
