|
TsOK cyclones — are highly efficient dust collection units designed to clean contaminated air from abrasive, fibrous and sticky dust. Their design includes an inner cone, a conical part of the housing, as well as a dust collector (hopper), in which dust particles settle after separation from the air flow.
Thanks to these features, TsOK cyclones provide increased cleaning efficiency even when working with sticky or heavy particles. The overall dimensions of the cyclone can be adapted to specific production requirements, which makes them universal for installation in various technological lines.
The TsOK cyclone operates on the principle of centrifugal particle separation. Contaminated air is fed through the inlet pipe into the cyclone body, where the vortex air flow rotates around the conical part. Under the action of centrifugal force, heavy dust particles are thrown to the walls and fall into the hopper.
Thanks to this principle, effective air purification is achieved without the use of filters, which reduces maintenance costs. The purified air rises up through the central exhaust pipe, from where it can be removed through a fan or further processed.
