The 24th October, 2017, LLC "Kiev Ventilator Plant" (hereinafter referred to as "KVZ") performed one of the largest deliveries in its history by supplying 150 fans of the WCAM # 10 to Azerbaijan.
The fan was developed by the design department of KVZ specifically for the needs of the customer, taking into account the technological specifics. A number of design innovations were realized in the fan:
- a portable version of a ventilating machine with a large weight, which made it possible to move the fan from one to the other operating points directly on the frame
- the fan is equipped with automatic protection and start-up Schneider Electric (France)
- all impellers are made with special high-grade steel and are balanced on the balancing stand with an accuracy of 1 g
- for the first time, a conical, free-spaced hub was used, which greatly facilitates the replacement of the impeller, but required in the technology of its manufacture the high precision and purity of the conical surfaces of the hub.
And most importantly - during the implementation of the chief of installation and commissioning works at the site of operation, the customer was very pleasantly surprised both by the low level of vibration and very high aerodynamic characteristics of the fans of the WCAM10.
