November 25th , 2016 LLC "Kyiv ventilation Plant" (hereafter KVZ) manufactured ventilator VDN number 10 with the engine 11/1000. When factory testing of the fan vibration parameters record was set. This fan with an acceptable indicators vibration displacement in the range of 120-150 microns, showed a value in the range 4-6 microns, that is an average of 30 times below the permissible parameter vibration performance on site (6.3 mm/sec (120-150 microns) according to GATS ISO 14694: 250) and, on average, 20 times lower than the permissible parameters of vibration parameters in the factory (3.5 mm /sec (80 m) under the GATS ISO 14694: 250).
Each fan is produced at KVZ passes obligatory balancing and stateful inspection of vibration parameters for eighteen months and the history of the plant is an absolute record for the quality of balancing of impellers. Such vibration quality can envy even the most titled manufacturers of industrial ventilation.
