The August 1, 2018 LLC "Kiev Ventilator Plant" (hereinafter referred to as "KVZ") supplied a batch of fans of VTS 6-28 No. 10 in favor of Ferrexpo. The fan was developed by the design department of KVZ specifically for the needs of the customer, taking into account the technological specifics of the 3rd construction scheme through an intermediate shaft on the SNR (France) hull bearings.

A number of design innovations were implemented in the fan:

• All impellers are made from special high-quality steel and are balanced against the balancing stand with an accuracy of 1 g.
• A conical, free-spaced hub was used, which significantly facilitates the replacement of the impeller, but required in the technology of its manufacture the high precision and purity of the conical surfaces of the hub.
